I love doing puzzles. I often think of growing businesses like one big puzzle, without the picture to follow and without the edges. What makes it fun are connecting all those puzzle pieces. Getting that deep understanding of the consumer, uncovering unexpected insights and being curious to keep digging into business issues.

I’ve been lucky to work with great companies and I love the energy that comes from rolling up my sleeves to work side-by-side with the people at those companies.

I wind down by cooking. It de-stresses me and taps into my creative side. And I have a second life of volunteering.
