I'm lucky enough to focus on two dynamic areas of the business, heading up our consumer goods practice and being a lead in our capability work.
What inspires me about both is the constant amount of change and opportunity. I'm particularly inspired by making simple sense of it all, and helping different businesses to become more effective by doing the same in a way that works (quickly) for them.
I've done this through building programmes across sectors, from integrated planning processes to full capability academies and everything in between. A previous 12 years in line management, ultimately leading major brand portfolios in soft drinks, completes the picture.
