Using that understanding to shape programs that help individuals develop the competencies they want to succeed, and organizations build the capabilities they need to win I live in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, so when I’m not at a rink somewhere watching my kid play hockey, I’ll be dreaming of tropical climates!
