I have nearly 20 years of marketing experience across both FMCG and Retail

Before joining Oxford, I spent several years working for Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA),
most recently heading up the Global Brand Team for No7.
Previous to this, I led the
loyalty marketing team for Boots UK, reinventing the loyalty proposition and developing the
owned channel and
personalisation strategy

Prior to WBA, I led the marketing department for the ecommerce division of fashion, home and beauty retailer Next, where I led the digital transformation of the marketing approach

I have spent much of my career in Brand Management, and have led some of the UK’s
best loved brands in both P&G and Mars, including Pampers and
Dolmio. My brand management experience includes brand strategy, NPD development, communications and packaging

I am passionate about digital transformation and personalisation, and I am a General Assembly certified digital marketer
