Developing the strategy for colorectal cancer

We partnered with a cross-functional team to help develop the strategy for a key part of the colorectal cancer portfolio. The plan included clear choices on driving uptake, communications, and the customer experience needed to drive growth.

As the plan has been implemented, this has led to a fall in death rates.

Transforming sustainable innovation in consumer health

As a B Corp we believe passionately that business must be a force for good. We worked with this major global consumer health organisation with a clear mission and $800M commitment to make their products more sustainable to reinvent innovation, so that brand teams were able to identify and realise opportunities that are better for the people, the company and the planet.

Driving customer-centric strategy in medical devices

Facing extreme cost pressure on the next generation devices, we worked with the team to develop customer-centric strategies that could drive, not dilute, value. Coaching brand teams to optimise omnichannel plans

We have partnered extensively with this global pharmaceutical organisation. Recently we coached over 40 brand teams in omnichannel planning, with Oxford’s omnichannel experts using the team’s own plans to coach them on selection and blending of channels based on preferences, and KPI setting for optimisation.

Defining global/local omnichannel journeys

Working closely with one of our pharmaceutical clients, we developed an approach for defining global omnichannel customer engagement journeys. Using customer and brand questions, we uncovered common themes, with support materials on how to apply the global guidance locally to build seamless global/local customer journeys.
