Defining what On-Demand means for learning
The shift to on-demand learning expectations has accelerated. Yet eLearning only makes a real difference to an organization when it aligns with the development objective.
I’ve spent my career connecting the dots between consumers, shoppers and brands, identifying insights that led to growth across the business spectrum. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had in helping those I work with succeed, both professionally and personally.
When I’m not stalking consumers, I’m still likely to be staring people down – either across a tennis net or bridge table. Or you’ll find me passionately working to help the less fortunate among us, through my lifelong commitment to making the world a better place.
I’m fascinated by people – how they behave, the choices they make, the way they think.
