I find tapping into the emotional and creative side of people is as valuable as encouraging their rational, data driven side. I believe inspiring teams to think big ,deep and wide before any pragmatic selecting and shaping of ideas. This uncovers really innovative options that the team gets excited about and can’t wait to implement
In my personal life my greatest satisfaction is mentoring young people at times when they feel a little lost and unclear about their lives. I am also a passionate supporter of the performing arts.
