My greatest pleasure is to work with passionate and ambitious people to build their businesses by identifying the change they need and enabling them to deliver it. Helping them to solve their tricky problems by improving the connections with each other and their customers, and making sure we get things done. Supporting them to balance the needs of people, planet and profit Outside of work, I support our local community through volunteering in educational leadership and amateur sport organisations, and at weekends can usually be found on a football touchline or at a swimming pool supporting my three children in their sporting dreams.
