I'm an advocate for simple solutions and I fundamentally believe that when we keep things simple they work better, and that this is true for organizations, teams and individuals. At OxfordSM I thrive on helping teams keep things simple, whether this is making the few big choices that will grow a business or helping teams build skills in area that will make the biggest difference to them every day. Beyond work my accent is a give away, while I might live in the US I'm not a native, so when I'm not at my desk I'm with my wife and 2 kids having all the adventures a new country has to offer.
